What is your standard turnaround time for a sign board?

For standard shop front sign boards (ACP base + LED 3D letters), our manufacturing and installation process takes 5 to 7 business days from the date of design approval. Larger structural works or multi-site rollouts can take 15 to 30 days.

Do you offer a warranty on your sign boards?

Yes! We offer a comprehensive 1-year warranty on our LED modules, power adapters, and manufacturing craftsmanship. Extended warranties up to 3 years are available on premium components.

Can you duplicate a sign board design I found online?

We can use online images as inspiration to understand your taste, but we design a unique, custom-made vector layout specifically sized for your shop facade, optimizing it for local viewing angles and GHMC rules.

Which sign board is best for a budget-friendly shop storefront?

For budget-conscious shop owners, we recommend a Glow Sign Board (GI Box with high-res backlit flex graphics) or a simple ACP board with non-lit acrylic letters. These offer excellent durability and branding at a highly affordable price point.

Do you provide maintenance services for old sign boards?

Yes, we offer professional cleaning, electrical testing, LED replacement, and weather-seal renewal services. We also provide Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for corporate offices and retail chains.
